I am confused on whether or not colleges can that are ivy league, private, or ranked D-3 are allowed to give athletes scholarships…
I heard that they can.. but people say it’s not called a scholarship… it’s called "financial aid".
Is this true?
( I would like to get one to maybe NYU or JHU for tennis…)
