What are your thoughts? I typically mix Gatorade or Powerade half / half with cold water .. need some feedback on Gatorade propel water. I find myself playing hockey 2 – 4 times a week, sometimes tennis, soccer or basketball; also bicycle between 20 and 100 miles a week. Do you recommend I stay with Gatorade / Powerade or should I give Propel a try? It seems to be like a hyped-up Kool Aid .. or maybe I am wrong.
My local supermarket has 24oz bottles of Propel on clearance for 25c (marked down from 1$) if it helps .. last time I was there they had about 10 bottles left. I see where you guys are coming from as far as the sugar goes, but I definately do enough exercise to burn off the calories.
I bought their remaining stock ..couldn’t pass up on a deal like that. A couple of the guys I play hockey with like Propel but will continue to use Powearde myself.
