I hurt my wrist when i fall playing tennis. Now, i can’t really follow through my forehand because when i get to the middle, my wrist started to hurt and i hit the ball out 50% of the time… Luckily, my season is over and now i have to do something to get ready for summer camp… what is the best way to heal my wrist?
like what should i eat? how should i work out? what should i aid my wrist with?
