Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building is probably the most talked about muscle building program on the internet today. It is certainly the most popular get ripped fast product available today. Vince Delmonte in a very short space of time has become semi-legendary on the back of his product. So is his bestselling program ‘the’ muscle building program to have or is it just a bunch of hype?
