Hey all
I used to play soccer/football, where if i had spare time, i would just go out and juggle/ practice my shooting/ practice my dribbling/ ball control, etc. Heaps of stuff to practice.
However, In tennis, what can i do in my spare time? I know hitting th eball against the wall is good, but what else?
Lastly, ppl say to practice hitting tennis ball against the wall, what does this improve?
