Ok, so Im 15 and I have been home schooled online for the past year. The school is called Jubilee Christian Academy. My mom and I have been trying to decide if it will be worth it to send me to private school. The only reason we would is because I am worried about my chances of getting into a really good college, hopefully an Ivy Leage. So I need you to tell me if they wont accept me because I was home schooled. Here are some things about me: I am very mature for my age and make all grades above a 90. I also have alot of extra curricular activities like, tennis, golf, speak fluent French, and every summer I live and work for an organization in South Africa to help children with Aids.
So do you think colleges will not accept me even with all of my extra curriculars? I heard from some people that when you are home schooled you have less of a chance of getting in, but I’m not sure if they knew what they were talking about… I need to know if I should enroll in a private school.
Thanks
